ASP 75 technical description
The System ASP 75 is designed for making external partitions with high thermal insulation and a coefficient reaching Uw=0.6 W/(m2K) for fixed windows and Uw=0.8 W/(m2K) for opening windows. Achieving such a low coefficient is the result of using special thermal pads, seals, and additional insulators. The system is characterized by high rigidity, which allows for the production of external tilt-turn windows with dimensions up to 1.4 x 2.5 m, and doors with dimensions of 1.4 x 2.8 m.
The system also has an anti-burglary version in class RC2 and RC3. Different thermal insulation solutions are possible, with and without a polyethylene or aerogel insert. Very good parameters allow the use of ASP 75 in energy-efficient construction. A wide range of fillings with a maximum thickness of 55 mm allows for the use of triple-glazed units.
